The pool is open everyday except Mondays when they clean it entirely. During the other days, the pool closes for 2 hours for cleaning. The gym is open and you can set up an appointment, since only a limited number of people can enter at once. Enjoy!

Decent apartment relatively new fittings.

Didn't get the door codes until hours after check in. Very disappointing. Towels were poor quality and no tea towels.

Amazing stay, sketchy but yet central location

- very clean - great ac - perfect wifi - helpful staff and easy check in - secure gates - has great amenities (pool, gym and laundry) - good location during the day (but unsafe at night)

- location is the only downside. It's not good for nightlife, but it's great during the day because it's near the supermarcardo and near the bus stop. - ubering out and in is fine at night. It's easy to get in thanks to the fingerprint security

Nice stay, but many small issues which made me go out every day and get back only for sleep.

The uppermost floor gave a good view over the city and a very busy road. There's laundry, small pool, a very small gym with just a few machines.

Cleanliness (linen was stained before my arrival). No bottled water for the visitor nor filter for tap water. Fan in the bathroom was never fixed. Badly placed sockets. Poorly equipped gym.

-entering the building was very difficult because they take your fingerprint as a key but it did never work for us for some reason so we spent a lot of time at the security gate trying to retake our fingerprint. -sewage smell in the bathroom &room -more blankets would have been nice

Nice apartments. Conveniently located, near the train station, from which you can go to the airport, and the metro station. Across the road there is a dining room, on the next street there are grocery stores. The apartments are clean and bright. Comfortable shower, no leaks. Linen and towels are fresh. Convenient desk. Spacious closet. Blackout curtains on the windows. Large floor to ceiling windows and large balcony. The street is noisy, but there is no noise at night. I recommend these apartments.

Tedious identification at the reception. After a 17-hour flight, both family members must be registered with fingerprints for the lock at the entrance to the building. This is done for convenience and security, but in fact it is not convenient at all, the fingerprints do not always work, and the guard opens the door anyway. The purpose of the kitchen is not entirely clear. It takes up a lot of space, but there is only 2 useful devices: a microwave and a grill. There is no kettle, only a capsule coffee maker, but there was not even a greeting coffee capsule. You can't cook in the kitchen, but it takes up a lot of space, the refrigerator is also large for such a small room. And there is absolutely nowhere to keep the suitcases. I think that the ergonomics of the space in the apartments have been done poorly. But alone traveler without luggage will feel comfortable in this room.

Has a gym and pool.

There was no proper cutlery in the apartment and no pan. Couldn't really cook much. The location is really bad, even dangerous. Loads of drug addicts on the streets. There was a homeless man camping outside the building entrance. Pillows had stains on them.

great value, perfect location for efficient transportation, city center is an adventure

I have stayed here several times. The location near the main train station is ideal for anyone who used the subway and trains. The location is a bit unsafe at night. It is not recommended to walk around a lot at night. But, during the day, it's very safe. In the evening, the short walk to the metro is also very safe. I love this place because it's location is unbeatable for getting around all parts of the city. I also think the center of São Paulo has interesting street art, restaurants and architecture. The price/value factor of the apartment is unbeatable in São Paulo.

The building is modern and comfortable. But it's not as nice as some of the other Setin / 360 Suites properties. The beds are not as new. But I can't complain really. For the price, it is a great place. If you don't speak Portuguese, you might want to stay in a safer neighborhood. The city center is full of homeless people. It's not for everyone.

Good apartment

The apartment in general was comfortable. The support line was quick to answer me. The checking process was very smooth. the price was ok for what they deliver.

Although they charge you 15$ for cleaning, I found the apartment dirty. Had to call the support line which sent the cleaning team in a few hours. The toilet ventilator system wasn't working, I've mentioned also it to the support line and they promise to fix it but they didn't.
